1. Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
Thank you for your email, received on 21 July 2023, in which you requested information from the office of the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA) under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 entitles you to:

know whether the information you have requested is held by the PCA; and

be provided with that information, subject to any exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which may apply.
You have requested the following information:
1. Does your organisation use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software? (Example: HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Other, etc.)

3. What license level/subscription does your organisation have?
4. What is the annual cost of your CRM system(s)?
5. List any job roles by (job title) within your organisation that communicate with contacts via the CRM(s) system?
6. Does your organisation work with any external agencies to manage the CRM?
7. Does your CRM integrate with other systems within your organisation? (Example: finance systems, Other CRM Systems, etc.)

I can confirm that the office of the PCA does not use Customer Relationship Management software.
If you do not believe that the office of the PCA has provided an appropriate response to your request, as set out above, you are entitled to ask for an internal review.
