Details

This document sets out the criteria that Independent Assessors of the Pubs Code need to meet. It also includes guidance that Independent Assessors must follow.

The form should be completed by tenants and pub-owning businesses when they fail to appoint an Independent Assessor. The adjudicator will then have 14 days to appoint you one.
