The Youth Unemployment Innovation Fund (IF) backs Social Impact Bonds aimed at helping disadvantaged young people who are, or are at risk of becoming, not in education, employment or training (NEET).

It is the final report of the qualitative evaluation of the Innovation Fund. It is a follow-up to the July 2014 report on Early Implementation Findings.
