Details

The ‘National Service Framework for Long Term Conditions’ (NSF) sets quality standards for supporting people with long term conditions. It is a 10 year strategy to transform the way care services support people with long term neurological conditions to live as independently as possible.

The NSF for long term conditions will:

  • ensure quick access to specialist neurological expertise for help as close to home as possible
  • support people to live with long term neurological conditions
  • improve their quality of life by providing services to support independent living
