In September 2014 Monitor sent a team of experts (the CPT) to identify the problems at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn, NHS Foundation Trust and across the local health and care system. The team were tasked with working with the foundation trust to find solutions to the issues raised and improve the quality of care offered to patients.
