Details

Practical guidance on how to complete the pre-exposure request form for individuals who may have an increased risk of rabies exposure and are therefore advised to receive rabies pre-exposure vaccination paid for by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).

Risk assessment and provision of the vaccine is through the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA)’s Rabies and Immunoglobulin Service (RIgS) at UKHSA’s National Infection Service, Colindale.
