Details

The Research Translation and Innovation (RTI) division has been working with Public Health England (PHE) centres to strengthen relations between academics and other professionals within the public health system. RTI organised research and practice workshops which aimed to explore public health research needs and priorities in different regions.

The workshops reviewed research priorities from different stakeholder perspectives (PHE centres, local authority and Clinical Commissioning Groups) and offered opportunities for discussions, activities and a Dragon’s Den session with pump priming funds available to enable local research projects to be further developed.

These reports provide an overview of each of the workshops that took place around the country.

Slide-sets of presentations that took place during the workshops can be found online.
