Section 3 has been amended to explain our practice where a single application is made to register two or more charges at the same time and their priority order differs from their dates of creation.

Section 14.1 has been amended to clarify that a digital mortgage can be used only to create remortgages of a borrower’s existing property. Section 14.2 has been amended as the service is no longer in the private phase.
