In this letter to the RHC’s Chair, Professor Christopher Hodges OBE, the Minister for Science, Research and Innovation, Rt Hon Andrew Griffith MP, welcomes the report and confirms that the Office for Quantum will respond in detail to the report’s recommendations.

The Regulatory Horizons Council (RHC) have published a report on the Regulation of Quantum Technology Applications. This report makes recommendations on how the UK can support the development and adoption of quantum technology applications through fostering an innovation-friendly regulatory approach and environment.
