This Government response covers such subjects as: section 44 stop and search, arrest and detention; the proscription; terrorist property; terrorist investigations (cordoning); port and borders control; reading passports electronically; exchange and sharing of information; general aviation; passenger manifests; Northern Ireland provisions and section 58A of Terrorism Act (inserted by section 76 of CTA 2008)

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
