Details
If you’re applying to Natural England for an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) (Agriculture) screening decision, you’ll need to know what features are within or near your project area and consider if they will be affected by the project including:
- archaeological and heritage features
- biodiversity
- landscape, common land or access features
Use these forms to request a consultation response. You may need to request more than one consultation response.
You must submit all consultation responses you receive with your screening application. If you do not submit a response, even if a null response, this may delay a decision being made on your application.
For more information read the guidance Changing uncultivated, semi-natural and rural land: when you need permission.
Submit these forms
Where you send your form depends on the authority or association you are consulting with. Guidance on where to submit your request is in the forms.
