Details

The priorities are a rolling programme of research that contain a range of new areas of work still to be scoped, and projects that will be published in 2015/16.

The priorities will be delivered under three cross cutting policy themes:

  • enforcement and infringement

  • innovation and growth

  • the value of intellectual property

This approach will allow the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) to look at issues like the impact of intellectual property (IP) on innovation. It will also consider how IP rights interact and add value to each other and the economy.

The IPO welcomes expressions of interest in taking forward these priorities.
