The Home Office responds to the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration’s (ICIBI) report titled ‘An inspection of UK Visas and Immigration front end services’.

UKVI’s ‘front end services’ (FES) are intended to provide individuals wishing to submit a UK visa or citizenship application with a readily accessible, easy-to-use means of making their application.
