We supported the creation of the digital intelligent brokerage hub to increase the benefits of research and development in addressing the existing pothole problems. The hub was based on a pilot in Wiltshire Council.

This report reviews the outcome of the pilot and the next steps to be taken.

The main areas of the review were:

  • repair of potholes
  • customers and communication about potholes
  • design and prevention of potholes
  • the digital challenge
