Each of the security and intelligence agencies produces its own set of accounts each year, but these are not published for reasons of national security.

This statement covers the Single Intelligence Account (SIA), which is the funding vehicle for:

  • The Secret Intelligence Service (SIS)
  • Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ)
  • The Security Service (MI5)

This financial statement summarises what resources the agencies have used during the financial year 2017 to 2018.
