Only invited applicants can apply for round 2 of the Slurry Infrastructure grant.

Round 2 of the Slurry Infrastructure grant is to help replace, build additional, expand or cover your existing slurry stores to reach the grant storage requirements:
- 6 months for beef and dairy cattle
- 8 months for pigs
You can also use it for items to help you manage your slurry store, such as reception pits, slurry pumps and agitators.
Grant value: between £25,000 and £250,000.
Who can apply
You can apply for a grant if:
- you farm pigs, beef or dairy cattle
- your farming system already produces slurry
When you can apply
You have until:
- 11.59pm on 30 September 2024 submit your slurry store location and design assessment form
- 11:59pm on 27 June 2025 to submit your full application
How to apply

Complete your slurry store location and design assessment form and email it with any supporting documents to [email protected].

Once RPA has confirmed your project has passed the location and design check, you can complete and submit your full application.
If your application is successful, the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) will send you a grant funding agreement (GFA).
