Details

The licence condition modifications to implement Government policy in the above areas were laid in Parliament on 13 December 2012. Following successful completion of the Parliamentary process, the licence conditions will come into force on 4 March 2013, with the exception of the licence conditions on suppliers in respect of data access and privacy which will not come into force until 30 June 2013.
