Details

Each year, Ofsted uses online questionnaires to gather views about social care services.

Ofsted uses the responses, along with other information like previous inspection findings or concerns, to decide when to inspect and what to focus the inspection on.

In 2017 we wanted to find out if there had been many changes to what children told us in 2016.
