Details

The taskforce was formed in 2010 to identify operational improvements that could improve the performance of Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports and enhance the experience of passengers. The report is the culmination of a year long programme of work across seven areas, including security and border controls, and sets out the issues considered by the taskforce and its conclusions.
