On 12 August, RSH was notified of a change in control at Sparrow Shared Ownership Limited (regulatory code: 4636). The change in control means that the governance, operational and financial arrangements on which its Regulatory Judgement (RJ) and grades (published on 13 December 2023 under its previous name of Sage Housing Limited) were based have changed. For this reason we have removed the RJ and grades from our website. RSH will publish an RJ and grades for Sparrow Shared Ownership Limited in due course.

This is in line with our regulatory process as set out in Regulating the Standards.

The judgement(s) on this page concern an organisation that is designated a for-profit registered provider.

The registered landlord is not at the head of its group. It is a subsidiary organisation within a larger group of connected companies. The registered landlord is not intended to operate as a standalone entity in the group structure. It requires the ongoing support of related parties to fulfil its functions and / or meet its objectives. The nature of this support is described in the judgement(s).

The judgement(s) concern the registered provider only and do not represent an assessment of the non-registered entities within the group.

Regulatory judgements are our published view of how well a landlord is delivering the outcomes of our standards. Each landlord’s page contains their current judgement.

See the regulatory judgements table for a full list of judgements. You can find more information about how we approach regulatory judgements and gradings. An A-Z of providers is also available.

Archived regulatory judgements and PDF versions of regulatory judgements are available on request. Please contact the Regulator of Social Housing by emailing [email protected] or telephone 0300 124 5225 with your request.

You can also create a PDF of a judgement using the ‘print this page’ button on the left side.
