This analysis uses an innovative approach to identify industrial clusters across the UK.

The spreadsheets contain maps showing the location of industrial clusters for 15 sectors matching selected industry codes, as well as summary statistics for each cluster. The analysis uses data from the Office for National Statistics’ Inter-Departmental Business Register (March 2010 and March 2015).

The accompanying methodological report sets out the approach and rationale in more detail.
