Details
The Sports charter communications toolkit is to help national governing bodies and clubs to promote the Charter and to demonstrate the work you are doing to tackle homophobia and transphobia.
Using the toolkit
The content can be adapted and used in many ways - such as with local press, in match day brochures or newsletters and on digital channels (such as websites, facebook pages and twitter accounts). You could also just display a poster. These are all simple things that could help make a real difference.
Communicating what you are doing to tackle homophobia and transphobia within your sport or individual club sends out a strong message and can improve team performance and participation. It can also help clubs to attract more fans - whether it is families applauding the friendly abuse-free environment, a wider pool of fans from the LGB&T community, or simply people who appreciate welcoming environment.
You can download toolkit resources below, as well as the full Sports Charter.
