Standard rule guidance and generic risk assessment for managing extractive waste generated from onshore oil and gas prospecting activities of drill, core and decommissioning without well stimulation (using oil and / or water based drilling mud).

  1. We have closed this standard rules set to new applicants and it now only applies to existing operators who held this permit before 10th April 2019.

  2. We have updated the interpretation section 4.4 of the standard rule with a revised definition for the term ‘European Site’.
