Details

These standard rules allow you to operate a civic amenity site at a specified location, provided that no part of the site is within:

  • 200 metres of a European Site, Ramsar Site or Site of Special Scientific Interest
  • 50 metres of any well, spring or borehole used for the supply of water for human consumption, including private water supplies

  1. We updated SR2015 No 19: 75kte non-hazardous household waste amenity site. We have added two new EWC waste codes (16 01 03 and 17 09 04) to allow operators to accept these waste types.
