Details
These rules allow you to use a temporary structure (for example a cofferdam) to dewater up to 20 metres of watercourse. The structure must not be in place for more than 4 weeks.
These rules do not allow works on or within 8 metres of flood defences.
You must not carry out your activities during the fish breeding season.
