Details

This report examines decision making for determining eligibility for benefits in the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). The committee looked in particular at decisions about Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and tax credits.

The report makes recommendations for strengthening processes to improve the accuracy of decisions.
