This Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC) report looks at how public funds can be most effectively used to support the mobility needs of all disabled people entitled to higher rates of disability mobility allowances.

The report examines some of the issues highlighted by the evidence submitted in response to the Committee’s public consultation and makes a number of recommendations.
