Details

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities collects data on statutory homelessness in England.

This ad-hoc publication provides information on the households homeless or threatened with homelessness due to domestic abuse. This includes the number of households who were assessed as owed a prevention or relief duty and the outcomes of prevention and relief duties in 2022-23, as well as temporary accommodation for these households on 31 March 2023. This analysis also contains the breakdown of this data by London local authorities. 2022-23 is the financial year and covers the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.

This data is supplementary data to the 2022-23 annual release, in response to a request for additional data.
