Use form SSP2 to record details of an employee’s Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) if you’re an employer.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).

Statutory Sick Pay: no employee entitlement (SSP1)
Use this form if a sick employee isn’t entitled to SSP or if your payments of SSP to an employee end. Your employee will need it to make a claim for Incapacity Benefit.
