UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff consider whether to refuse an application for entry clearance, permission to enter or permission to stay on suitability grounds where that person fails without reasonable excuse to comply with a reasonable requirement to provide information, attend an interview, provide biometrics, undergo a medical examination or provide a medical report.
