Details

Broadband Delivery UK (BDUK) is responsible for implementing government’s Superfast Britain programmes. An Industry Day was held on 7 October 2013 with broadband suppliers and key stakeholders, to consider roll-out approaches, scenarios and constraints for extending coverage beyond the scope of the Rural Broadband and Super-Connected Cities programmes.

Attendees at the event discussed options for extending superfast broadband coverage to the hardest to reach areas of the UK. This Industry Day presentation was used during the event.

The industry day is one of a series of activities to discuss and receive feedback on extending broadband coverage from suppliers in the UK.
