This paper reports on new primary research (insights from 414 career advisory staff from institutions in 25 countries) and draws together selected best practice examples from UK and international higher education institutions (HEIs). It aims to understand further what other countries are doing to develop and improve the employability of their graduates, and compares this to the UK.
