This note summarises the lessons learned so far from 5 Department for Communities and Local Government-funded pilot schemes in London and work to strengthen capacity to address overcrowding in each of the 5 London sub-regions.

It highlights good practice and provides practical support to local authorities and registered social landlordsto assist efforts to tackle overcrowding where the problems are most acute.
