Tanks below the minimum thickness
Allows the continued use of tanks which are below the minimum thickness required in ADR.

Details
This authorisation permits the continued use of the tanks specified that the material thickness is below the minimum required in ADR but above the minimum required in the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations.
Unless otherwise revoked or superseded, this authorisation shall be valid for each of the tanks identified in the schedules to this authorisation until such time that the tank in question does not possess a current authorised tank inspection certificate that has been issued by an inspection body appointed by the competent authority of the United Kingdom.
