This research aimed to measure the effectiveness of the 2019 tax credits advertising campaign by evaluating:
- awareness of the campaign
- understanding of the key campaign messages
- whether the campaign had an impact on claimants’ actions
The research was conducted with 665 tax credits claimants - 348 before the campaign, and 317 after.
