This guidance sets out the procedure that the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) will use when determining price control references under section 193 of the Communications Act 2003.

It replaces CC13 ‘Price control appeals under section 193 of the Communications Act 2003: Competition Commission Guidelines’ and CMA5 ‘Cost recovery in telecoms price control references: Guidance on the CMA’s approach’.
