Details

The new fiscal framework will underpin the further powers over tax and welfare that are being devolved to Scotland through the Scotland Bill.

On Tuesday 15 March the Scottish and UK governments published a further annex to the fiscal framework for the Scottish government.

On 27 February 2019, the UK and Scottish Governments agreed the Audit and Accountability Framework. It is jointly published GOV.UK and GOV.SCOT to accompany the Scottish Government’s Fiscal Framework.
