Details

The new fiscal framework will enable the powers in the Wales Act 2014 – and any further powers devolved under the current Wales Bill – to be implemented. In particular, it will support the devolution of stamp duty land tax and landfill tax, and the creation of Welsh rates of income tax (subject to the enactment of the Wales Bill currently before Parliament).
