These are draft regulations, as prepared for the purposes of consideration by Parliament of Clause 39 (formerly Clause 38) (civil penalties for parking contraventions) of the Deregulation Bill.

They are published solely for information.

It is the intention to lay the final version of these regulations once the Deregulation Bill receives Royal Assent, which is expected by the end of March 2015. The final version of the regulations may differ from this version.
