The Government Property Agency Service Offer brochure illustrates the services we offer and how we work with departments – with a client-focussed ethos of partnership, customer service and working in collaboration.
The guide outlines how our property portfolio management services help government departments and their arm’s-length bodies create great places to work for civil servants, which in turn enables them to deliver excellent public services.
The relationship will always start with a conversation with our client solutions team to develop our understanding of your strategic needs; and mutually agree how we can support you to meet your business objectives, and make your workplaces fully effective.
We offer six core services:

Landlord services: these are the services we provide to you in our role as the landlord of the buildings you occupy.

Workplace services: we can provide you workplace services including hard and soft facilities management (FM), operational security and live ICT services.

Portfolio services: if you have transferred some or all of your property assets to us, and agreed a managed service agreement, we will manage the buildings you occupy as a single portfolio.

Additional property and project services: we can provide further value-adding property and project services.

Consultancy services: a range of additional consultancy services including consultancy and advice on sustainability, inclusive design and physical security.
