Details

This Statutory Instrument (SI) allows the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to restate retained EU law on 2 areas of equal treatment in occupational pension schemes. These are in relation to equalising guaranteed minimum pensions between men and women and providing survivor benefits for couples in same sex legal relationships. These Regulations relate to GB.
