The SI revokes certain pieces of assimilated law which have either expired or are no longer applicable following EU exit.

This obsolete legislation includes expired contingency measures relating to COVID-19 and EU exit, as well as legislation on cross-border rail services within the EU, freight information, and spent EU negotiating positions for international organisations.
