Details

Based on principles agreed with businesses, unions and the voluntary sector, this sets out a voluntary framework for gender equality reporting available to all organisations, especially those with 150 or more employees.

The framework includes reporting of statistics such as:

  • company statistics for gender representation in different roles and salary levels
  • promotion and flexible working rates
  • gender distribution across the organisation’s occupational groups
  • pay and reward gaps between men and women
