Details

This report sets out the SSRB’s analysis of evidence given by relevant organisations and makes recommendations for the pay of senior staff in the public sector from April 2016. The Government responds to the report in Parliament.

The SSRB is an independent body which makes recommendations on the pay of:

  • The senior military
  • The judiciary
  • Senior civil servants
  • Certain very senior managers in the NHS
  • Police and Crime Commissioners
  • Chief police officers
