Details

On 14 January 2016 the Women and Equalities Committee published its report on transgender equality. The report contained 35 recommendations in relation to a wide range of areas including cross-government strategy, the Gender Recognition Act 2004, the Equality Act 2010, NHS services and on tackling everyday transphobia. The government has now published its response.
