The Office for Low Emission Vehicles is no longer processing registrations from central government departments and their agencies for phase one of the ULEV Readiness Project.

This guidance document is produced for central government departments to help them through the process of:

  • procuring chargepoints
  • securing vehicle leases
  • participating in fleet reviews

The ULEV readiness project is a £5 million project managed by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV). It aims to get ultra low emission vehicles (ULEVs) into central government and wider public sector fleets. A guidance document for wider public sector organisations is also available.
