This form is part of the guide to using animal by-products (ABPs) at composting or biogas sites.
Use it to apply for approval to use ABPs or catering waste at your compost or biogas plant.
Some composting and biogas facilities are split into 2 separate sites - a hub and a pod. If your site is split into a hub and a pod you must also use form ABPR 33 to apply for approval to pasteurise ABPs or catering waste at the hub site.
For customers in England, return the completed form to APHA Customer Service Centre Worcester.
For customers in Wales, return the completed form to the APHA office in Caernarfon.
For customers in Scotland, return the completed form to your local APHA Field Service Office.
