Details

The Department for Communities and Local Government commissioned this study to examine how the benefits of regeneration might be valued.

It is designed to provide an analytical framework that will underpin a programme of research on the value of the benefits from regeneration and how they compare with the relevant costs.

The intention is to establish a robust evidence base, identify potential challenges and provide constructive suggestions on how these could be overcome.
