Defnyddiwch y ffurflen hon os nad ydych yn drawsgludwr neu’n sefydliad ariannol y DU ac rydych yn anfon un o’r ceisiadau canlynol at Gofrestrfa Tir EF:
- trosglwyddiadau (boed am werth neu beidio)
- trosglwyddiadau a gweithredoedd yn ymwneud â phenodiad neu ymddeoliad ymddiriedolwyr
- prydlesi (boed am werth neu beidio) sy’n cael eu cofrestru
- arwystlon (morgeisi) sy’n cael eu cofrestru
- rhyddhau arwystl ar ffurflen DS1
- gollwng arwystl ar ffurflen DS3
- ildio prydlesi
- y rhan fwyaf o geisiadau gwirfoddol a gorfodol am gofrestriad cyntaf lle y collwyd neu y dinistriwyd y gweithredoedd teitl
- unrhyw geisiadau eraill am gofrestriad cyntaf gorfodol
- unrhyw unigolyn sy’n rhan o un o’r trafodion uchod nad yw wedi’i gynrychioli gan drawsgludwr
Nid oes yn rhaid ichi lenwi’r ffurflen hon os nad yw gwerth y tir sy’n gysylltiedig â’r gwarediad yn fwy na £6,000.

We have amended the guidance notes in the form to include a link to our Personal Information Charter which highlights how we deal with people’s personal data.

Section 2a has been amended to confirm the definition of an overseas lawyer and section 4 has been amended to clarify that a colour photo is required.

We are making a couple of minor amendments to the form as a result of the amendment to form ID3 and the withdrawal of form ID4. We are also amending panel 4 to clarify that, if the application is being lodged electronically, a scan of both sides of the photo also need to be lodged.

Form ID1 has been amended as we have agreed with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) that CLC-regulated licensed probate practitioners can verify identity even though they may not be conveyancers or solicitors.

We have amended the form as we have decided to continue with the practice we introduced in May 2020 as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19).

The guidance notes in the form have been amended to remove reference to European (EU) Data Protection Law.

The form has been amended to be used in conjunction with new, temporary form ID5 introduced as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

We have amended a guidance note to explain how we process customer data.
