You can use this form when you need to register more than 30 sites with one or more of the same exemptions. These are called bulk exemptions.
You can also use it to register waste exemptions that take place along a linear network such as a railway, canal, river or road.
The form tells you what information you need to submit and what your responsibilities are.

The registration form has been updated to match the information required in the new online waste registration service. The information required has also been condensed into one form so that a separate form does not need to be submitted. It can also now can be used for linear registrations.
